All SquaDD designs, logos, and features are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

5. Groups, Events, & Business Pages

By creating groups, events, or business pages, you agree to:

• Follow local laws
• Not promote harmful or illegal activities
• Not misuse location-based features
• Manage your community responsibly

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates policy.

6. Purchases & Payments

If SquaDD includes in-app purchases or paid products:

• All sales are final unless required by law
• Third-party processors handle payments
• Refunds follow platform (Apple/Google) policy

7. Location-Based Features

SquaDD uses approximate location for recommendations and visibility. You may disable location access through device settings, but some features may be limited.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Users may delete their account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SquaDD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
